Family Elizabeth PATTERSON, b. 18 Jun 1808 Married Y [1, 2] - *James Cantrell is the only "non-Patterson" who is a party of the first part on the 1831 Hall County deed and Elizabeth is the only daughter of John Patterson and Nancy Chapman (that I know of). Therefore, it makes sense that James Cantrell and Elizabeth Patterson were married.
*James' wife on the 1850 census was named Elizabeth. She was the 2nd oldest female in the household. The oldest female was Nancy Patterson.
